WHO: All potential Varsity, JV, Sophomore, and 9th Grade girls volleyball players (Incoming Grades 7–12)
WHAT: Join the Osseo Volleyball Off-Season Program—a summer of skill-building, team bonding, and competitive preparation.
WHY: We’re continuing the success of last season and building a stronger, faster, more competitive program. Your individual improvement this summer could define our team’s future.

A 12-session high-intensity program led by Osseo’s coaching staff.
We’ll focus on:
Individual Skill Development
Team Strategies
Weight Training
Offensive & Defensive Systems

July: 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30
🕢 TIME: 7:30 – 9:00 AM
📍 LOCATION: Osseo Senior High Main Gym
🚫 No Contact Week: June 29 – July 3

🏐 SUMMER KIDS CAMP – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

🕢 TIME: 8:00-11:30 AM
